Training Force

Training Force a Member of Workforce Holdings Group.

Mira Consulting has been working with Training Force since 2020 providing host employment opportunities to over 200 learnership candidates in Business Management, Wholesale and Retail, Contact Center, Information Technology and Manufacturing.

Wholesale and Retail Seta

We successfully implemented a Work Integrated Learning programme for 13 Graduates funded by W&R Seta in 2020/2021 Financial Year. The project consisted of Diploma and N6 TVET Graduates.

Sizanqoba People Development

Completed a Mine Community Development Project funded by Mining Qualifications Authority that re-skilled 150 ex miners in community house building and assisted to register them companies. The project was completed with 96% of candidates (142) with only 8 dropouts.

Bathopele Sales and Merchandising

Mira Consulting facilitated recruitment of over 400 Graduates on behalf of Bathopele Sales and Merchandising in Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga for placement in their funded Work Integrated Learning Programmes.

AFROX

Accredited three Training Centers on behalf of AFROX with CHIETA and the QCTO on three Qualifications of Welding Level 2-4.

Tshwane University of Technology & Unisa

Mira Consulting has built a long-lasting relationship with Tshwane University of Technology and Unisa on assisting their graduates with Inservice training for 3rd year students and graduates seeking workplace experience.

Popup Uplifment

We have secured funding to the value and R650000 in 2017/18 Financial Year and R1890000.00 in the 2018/19 financial year to train 120 candidates in welding. The projects were successfully completed and closed.
Successfully completed three industry funded National Certificate: End-User Computing Learnerships with a total of 23 Learners of which 8 were disabled, the projects were completed with all learners competent.

SANACO

South African National Apex Cooperative (sanaco) a member of the International Cooperative Alliance and Nedlac.

Managed a project to establish and support 75 Cooperatives in Mpumalanga, Limpopo and Free State-funded by Services SETA to the tune of R18 Million. The project included training and development of 810 Individuals in Technical, Business and Soft Skills, Linking cooperatives to the market and empowering them access to financial institutions and tendering. The project will be closing in Oct 2019.
Proposed and received funding for support of Transportation cooperatives with Transport Education and Training Authority of supporting 20 Existing Cooperatives to the value of R 1 Million.
SANACO was successfully awarded three learnership projects through discretionary grants by CETA, Services SETA and TETA through our proposals. The projects started in April 2019 and completed February 2020.

Agrimegalo (Pty) Ltd

Successfully completed an EPWP Training and Development project on behalf Seriti Institute funded by Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs for 60 Learners in Mpumalanga, Bushbuckridge and Hazey view.

CHIETA

We have managed a skills programme made up of 2 Groups of 20 Learners each in Welding funded by CHIETA to the value of R650000.00
